Return & Exchange Policy

This return policy applies to all purchases made through Items may be returned in-store or by mail to the address listed below. Returns are only valid for exchange or store credit. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your items, provided they are in an unworn and unwashed condition, free of damages, and must have the original tags attached.
Items such as jewelry, gift cards, and accessories are all final sale. All sale/clearance items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged, or adjusted for any reason. Items with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, or any odor will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you are using a discount or promotional code, you will only be credited the original amount spent with the discount code. Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned. Due to limited inventory, a direct exchange cannot be guaranteed, but we assure a full store credit for another purchase in our store.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Defective items:
As all our items are inspected for damages before being sent out, any claim for a damaged or defective item must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item. This claim must be made via email with the following information included:
1. Order # and the damaged item
2. Explanation of the issue
3. Attached photo of the defective item.
